STAY FIT, GET IN SHAPE
02 Mar 2009, PTR Media

Having played a lot of sport before I started working, I was amazed at just how little time it took to get out of shape.

After a year of concentrating on my career, my body was feeling and looking rather neglected.

Touch Rugby fell into my lap at just the right time, as a couple of friends were playing in the local league and needed a fill-in player for the evening.

While I was blowing a lot of wind that game, it felt good to be doing some physical activity after being in the office all day. Needless to say that I am now a regular in the team and feel (and look) a lot better for it.

It even motivated me enough to head back to the gym; but the touch rugby evenings are the best, as it’s a great time to get some physical activity while catching up with mates.
